Membership terms

1. Who we are, and what Andromeda is

AtlasQuant ("we", "the desk") operates from Trinidad and Tobago and runs a trading desk of its own. Andromeda is a paid subscription that places the desk's own gold trades into your MetaTrader 5 account at a size you choose.

Read this carefully, because it decides what we are and are not responsible for:

• Your money stays in your account, with your broker. We never hold, receive or move your trading funds.
• We never see your MT5 password. You type it only on the configuration page of our infrastructure provider, MetaApi, and it is not shown to us.
• Andromeda is not investment advice and is not tailored to your circumstances, your experience or your financial position. We do not know them and we do not ask.
• We do not manage your account as your agent, and we do not promise any result.
• You can pause trading, change your sizing, or close any trade yourself, at any time.

2. Who may join

• You are at least 18 years old and may lawfully enter this contract where you live.
• The MT5 account you link is yours, is a hedging account, and is one of the account types the sign-up page accepts.
• You are not a person or entity that we are prohibited from dealing with under Trinidad and Tobago law, including the Anti-Terrorism Act and the Proceeds of Crime Act.
• You understand your own broker's terms; your relationship with your broker is yours alone.

3. Price and payment

• 30 USDT per month, plus a one-time setup fee of 20 USDT on joining, unless a promotion says otherwise.
• Payment is in USDT on BEP20 only, to the address shown on your payment page. Sending any other token, or the right token on another network, may lose your funds permanently: we cannot recover them.
• A payment counts when it is confirmed on the blockchain. You pay the network fee.
• Membership runs for the month you paid for. It does not renew automatically and no card or wallet is ever charged by us.
• When a month ends without payment, no new trades are placed for you. Trades already open stay open and are still managed until they close.

4. Refunds

Because the service is delivered continuously from the moment your account is linked, payments are not refundable once the month has begun. If something on our side prevented the service from working for a material part of a month - our servers, our trade link - tell the desk and we will add the lost days to your plan or refund that month at our discretion. Losses from trading are not a refundable fault: see section 6.

5. What you are responsible for

• Your broker, your leverage, your margin and your account's ability to take the trades we send.
• Choosing a sizing rule you can afford, and reviewing it as your balance changes.
• Keeping your password and your private membership link to yourself.
• Any tax arising from your trading, wherever you live. We give no tax advice.
• Checking your own account. Your broker's statement is the record of what happened, not our screens.

6. What we do not promise

• No profit is promised. The desk loses on individual trades and can lose over a month or a year. Past results, on this site or anywhere else, do not predict future results.
• Your results will differ from the desk's: different broker, spread, commission, execution speed, slippage, swap and size all change the outcome.
• Trades can be delayed, sized differently, or missed entirely if your broker, our infrastructure provider, the internet or your account's margin gets in the way. We monitor for this but cannot prevent all of it.
• Trades sent without a stop loss cannot be sized by the risk-per-trade rule, and are skipped for members using it. This is shown on your Trading Controls page.

7. Our liability

We provide Andromeda with reasonable care and skill, but as is. To the fullest extent allowed by Trinidad and Tobago law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Where we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the event.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Pausing, suspending and ending the membership

• You may pause trading at any time from your dashboard, and may stop being a member simply by not paying for the next month. Ask the desk and we will unlink your account.
• We may pause or end a membership if a payment is not made, if a linked account is not one we can trade safely, if the account is not yours, or if the law requires it. We may also stop the service entirely, on notice, in which case any unused days are refunded.
• Unlinking stops new trades. Any trade already open on your account remains yours to manage.

9. Changes

We may change these terms or the price. Changes are posted here with a new date, and a price change takes effect for you only from your next month, never mid-month.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. If we cannot settle a dispute between us directly, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

We are not registered with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission, and Andromeda is a technology subscription, not a regulated investment product, a fund, or a managed account. We do not pool members' money and we hold no client funds.
